Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the ClashBattle Android app, website and related services. By creating an account or using ClashBattle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to use the service in your location. If local law requires parental consent for a minor, a parent or guardian must provide it. Do not use ClashBattle if you are prohibited from doing so.

v1 accounts use Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for your Google account security and activity performed through your ClashBattle account. Do not impersonate others, sell accounts, share unauthorized access or evade a suspension.

Profile information must be accurate enough to operate tournaments and community features. ClashBattle does not request a mobile number in v1. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, cheating or security threats.

You retain responsibility for profile text, guilds, tournaments, announcements, images, links and other content you submit. You grant ClashBattle a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and moderate that content only as needed to operate and protect the service.

Do not submit nudity, sexual content involving minors, graphic real-world violence, hate or discriminatory material, threats, harassment, illegal content, malware, scams, stolen intellectual property or another person's private information. Users can report accounts, guilds, tournaments and content, and can block users. We may remove content or restrict accounts after automated or human review.

Guild leaders and tournament hosts must provide clear, lawful and non-deceptive rules. They may manage eligible members and participants only through permissions granted by ClashBattle. Public, guild-only and private visibility controls do not permit harassment, collusion, cheating or unauthorized access.

Game names and artwork belong to their respective owners. ClashBattle is an independent community platform and is not endorsed by a game publisher unless a tournament explicitly states a verified partnership.

In v1, ClashBattle Coins are non-purchasable, non-transferable cosmetic or engagement points. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for gift cards, wagered or converted into money, cryptocurrency or transferable assets.

ClashBattle does not offer gambling, betting, paid entry, billing or paid subscriptions in v1. Any future paid feature will require separate terms, pricing disclosures and applicable Play billing and legal compliance before release.

We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate accounts; reject or remove content; cancel fraudulent activity; and preserve relevant moderation evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law. Repeated false reporting or abuse of moderation tools is prohibited.

You may delete your account from the app. Leaders must transfer or delete active guilds and hosts must complete or cancel active tournaments first. See our account-deletion instructions.

ClashBattle is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep it secure and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, tournament participation, ranking placement, compatibility with every device or preservation of content beyond applicable retention obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClashBattle is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party games, internet outages, user conduct or unauthorized external arrangements. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
