Delete your ClashBattle account

You can permanently delete your account and associated ClashBattle profile data from the Android app:

  1. 1. Open ClashBattle and sign in.
  2. 2. Open Profile.
  3. 3. Select Delete Account.
  4. 4. Review the warning and confirm Delete Forever.

Cannot access the app?

Submit a deletion request through our contact channels. Include the Google account email used for ClashBattle and write "Account deletion request". We may verify ownership before completing the request.

Data deleted or retained

Deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account, ClashBattle profile, private contact and device identifiers, notification token, block list, guild membership and eligible upcoming-tournament participation records.

Completed or live tournament result records may be anonymized as "Deleted Player" or "Deleted Host" so standings remain accurate without retaining your public identity. Associated support tickets, notifications, moderation reports, block records and non-cash reward ledger entries are removed. Limited security evidence may be retained only when legally required. Backups are removed through the normal backup lifecycle.
