Who this covers
This policy covers the ClashBattle Android app, website at https://www.clashbattle.in, tournament services and support. ClashBattle is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Contact support if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Information handled
Account information includes your account ID, name, email, unique username, sign-in information and referral relationships. A profile photo is optional and is added only if you upload one; we do not automatically copy your Google profile photo. Google sign-in supplies account information you authorize Google to share. Authentication credentials and sessions are handled through Supabase Auth.
Tournament data includes in-game names, team and match entries, scores, rankings, virtual coin awards and spending, referrals and activity history. Support messages and attachments may contain information you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Technical information may include IP address, device and app information, app-instance identifiers, usage events, crash reports, security logs, notification preferences and push tokens. Earn Center uses server-recorded participation, claims and last-visit information to verify task progress and comeback eligibility. The Android app includes Google Mobile Ads, which may process advertising identifiers, device information and ad interactions according to its configuration and applicable consent requirements.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, operate matches and task rewards, display rankings, maintain virtual coin records, respond to support requests, deliver notifications, investigate abuse and diagnose technical problems. Analytics measure app usage, crash reporting helps repair failures, and advertising supports the service.
Virtual coins are internal game units. The current version does not offer coin purchases, cash withdrawals or exchange for money, gift cards or other goods.
Providers and public information
Supabase provides authentication, database and uploaded-file storage. Google provides Google sign-in, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Google Mobile Ads. Our configured email delivery provider, Resend, processes addresses and messages needed to deliver verification and account-deletion emails. Providers process data needed to supply these services; data may be processed outside your country. Support communications are processed by the communication services you choose to use.
Display names, avatars, in-game identities, tournament participation and performance can be visible to other players through rosters and leaderboards. Avoid including sensitive information in public fields. Authorized staff access information needed for moderation, tournament administration and support.
Information may be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and protect users. ClashBattle does not sell your personal information.
Security and retention
Service connections use HTTPS. Access controls and authenticated sessions restrict access to account records. No security measure guarantees complete protection; keep your credentials secure and contact support about suspected unauthorized access.
Account and activity information is retained while needed to operate your account and resolve support matters. After confirmed deletion, your profile becomes Deleted user with a placeholder email and logo. Your original account ID, virtual coin balances, transaction amounts, categories, dates and internal references remain for transaction reconciliation and audit; personal profile fields and transaction metadata are removed. These linked records are pseudonymised, not a claim that every retained record is anonymous. Limited additional retention for investigations, disputes or legal obligations must be explained. Backups, email delivery records and provider logs follow their separate retention schedules.
Your choices and deletion requests
In the Android app, open Delete account, request a code at your registered email and enter the six-digit code to confirm permanent deletion. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Once confirmed, access to the previous account is closed and cleanup begins. If cleanup needs a retry, the app shows processing rather than claiming completion. The previous account cannot be restored. You can also request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@clashbattle.in without reinstalling the app; support must verify ownership before fulfilling a request.
Your date of birth is checked on the Android device for age eligibility and is not stored or uploaded by that check. The device stores the eligibility result. Optional analytics and crash diagnostics can be declined and changed under Privacy settings. Advertising privacy choices, where required, are handled separately through the consent flow and available ad privacy controls.
You can control notification permission in Android settings. Removing the app does not delete your server account, and deleting ClashBattle does not delete your Google account. Video and channel links open YouTube or your browser, whose data handling is governed by the provider’s policies. Watching, liking or subscribing on YouTube does not earn coins.
Policy updates
This page will identify the date of policy changes. Material changes to data handling require updated disclosures and, where applicable, consent before the changed processing begins. Contact ClashBattle support with privacy questions.
