ClashBattle account support

Request account deletion

You can make this request without signing in or reinstalling the app.

Delete online

Sign in to the account you want to delete. A confirmation code will be sent to its registered email. Deletion permanently removes personal profile details and closes access; the internal account reference and transaction records described below remain.

Checking sign-in…

Delete from the Android app

Open Delete account, read the confirmation, and select Send confirmation code. Enter the six-digit code sent to your registered email and select Confirm permanent deletion. The code expires in 10 minutes. After confirmation, your previous account access is closed. If cleanup is still processing, it will be shown as processing.

Send your request

Email support@clashbattle.in from your registered email address, with the subject “ClashBattle account deletion request”. Include your player ID if you know it. If you cannot access that email, explain this to support so ownership can be verified another way.

Never send your password, one-time sign-in code, payment details or identity documents in the initial request.

Compose deletion request email

This opens an email draft. You must send it using your email service. You can also copy the address above if no email app opens.

What happens next

Support must verify that you own the account before processing deletion. Sending an email does not immediately delete your account or confirm that deletion is complete. Support should confirm the scope, expected handling time and completion after verification.

Deletion removes personal profile information, uploaded profile images, notification tokens, personal activity and personal transaction metadata. The profile becomes Deleted user with a placeholder email and the ClashBattle logo. The same internal account ID, virtual coin balances and transaction amounts, categories, dates and references remain for reconciliation and audit. This retained reference cannot be used to restore your previous account. Any additional retention for legal obligations, investigations or disputes must be explained.

Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete the account. Closing your ClashBattle account does not close your Google account.

Backups, provider logs and email delivery records have separate retention schedules. Contact support for the scope and handling time of a support-assisted request.
